I’m an Arizona native from a large, competitive family, which made me ambitious from an early age. Growing up, I competed in basketball, track and field, and other sports through high school and college. Those experiences taught me that fitness isn’t just about performance—it’s about building a healthy, strong foundation for life.
I became a certified fitness trainer in 2012 and have loved helping people start and improve their training ever since. My background spans multiple sports, including basketball, track, and kickboxing, and I hold a variety of specialized certifications in areas like youth fitness, performance training, senior fitness, functional movement, nutrition, and weight management. I’m also completing a certification in behavioral health.
