Types of Services: Cardiorespiratory, Muscular, and Athletic Training

Phase 1: Function

Goal: Build a strong foundation. Focuses on improving posture, balance, mobility, and stability. Ideal for beginners or those returning to exercise after injury or inactivity.

Phase 2: Health

Goal: Establish healthy movements and habits. Emphasizes low- to moderate-intensity activity, core stability, and basic strength training to support everyday function.

Phase 3: Fitness

Goal: Improve strength and endurance. Structured workouts target muscular development, cardiovascular endurance, and performance improvements for recreational goals.

Phase 4: Performance

Goal: Maximize athletic performance. Advanced, high-intensity training for power, speed, agility, and sport-specific performance.
